SIGNAL IDUNA Fund Invest Alapkezelő Zrt. commenced its operation on 15 June 2023 as an independent and proprietary asset management company of SIGNAL IDUNA Biztosító. Our parent company has acquired a majority stake under an agreement with Alpha Alapkezelő Zrt., a company with extensive investment experience.
Our goal as an asset management company is to respond to market changes as quickly as possible in order to provide a high level of service to our clients and to bring new impetus to the investment market. Equipped with German precision, international experience, the high level of expertise of our colleagues and transparent sales processes, we offer our clients a secure and cost-effective perspective that brings a new colour to the world of asset management companies.
SIGNAL IDUNA is one of the 10 largest insurance groups in Germany in terms of ownership. Its annual fee revenue is almost double the fee revenue of the Hungarian insurance market as a whole. SIGNAL IDUNA Group has nearly 120 years of experience in insurance and nearly 20 years of experience in asset management. With EUR 6.3 billion in fee revenue, the group manages EUR 103 billion in client assets and thus provided a solid background for the creation of SIGNAL IDUNA Fund Alapkezelő Zrt.

Alpha Alapkezelő Zrt. was established in 2017 as an independent asset management company with the goal of creating real added value in the management of client assets, taking into account market trends and client return expectations.
